Sorry all my posts are about Ryah. I have no life other than her so she takes up most of my time and camera space. But I love her!

Ryah is on the floor playing with her toys. I am in the kitchen washing dishes (last time I checked on my little girl was about 3 mins prior) and I go to put a washcloth in the laundry room. As I was exiting the kitchen and entering the living room (the same room, just separated by a counter) on my way to the laundry room (really just a closet) I look down to check on my little girl and she is no where to be found. Of course she doesn't talk so when I hollered out "Ryah?" there was no answer. I got a little worried cause there is stuff on the floor that can harm a beautiful little 6 month old baby girl. So I put the towel in the laundry room and continued to search for my little girl. Where is the worst place a baby can wander into? Think for a few seconds before you continue...she was hanging out in the bathroom by the toilet. I picked her up, wiped her down and made shre she hadn't found anything interesting on the floor to put in her mouth. Silly girl.
Also I as I was putting dishes into the dishwasher, Ryah found her way to the kitchen and pulled herself up and was standing next to the open dishwasher holding onto the bottom basket. She was all ready for bed and had her cute little PJ's on with the footies (slippery for a baby). Well, she slipped, both feet slipped out from under her, and she being the smart, strong baby that she is, was still holding on (for dear life) and trying to stand up. So, if you can picture it, her little feet were trying to make their way back under her bottom but not making it. Luckily I caught her in time before her precious little head hit the hard tile kitchen floor.
Oh, and does anyone else feel like they need 3 or 4 more hands to change a diaper? Two to hold their hands down, two more to hold their feet down, one to stop them from scooting away and/or turning away (or arching their backs), and one to wipe their butt.
This little girl is much too strong, much too quick, and much too cute for her own good.

Oh, and it's a good thing I have a husband to cook for, otherwise I would live off of honey nut cheerios and chocolate chip cookie dough
This is for you Grandma Sherie. I finally fit in to my clothes you got me, although ever since I was little teeny tiny my favorite blanket is the one that matches my outfit and I love wearing those socks even though they are getting a little small now. Thanks for the outfit, I love it!
Thanks all for the advice of how to not be awake at 2:30 in the morning. Little Ryah slept from 8 pm to 6 am last night and will hopefully sleep just as good from now on...
I slept better last night than I have since she got sick and started waking up during the night, about 3 weeks ago.

Yes it's 230 in the morning. Yes I am awake. Ryah wakes up every night now and I have no idea why. I thought it might be because she is teething but I don't know for sure. I go in, put her down (literally, I have to lay her down because she is standing in her crib) and then after about 30min to an hour (of me going in a few times to lay her down) she is asleep again. I have no idea why she does this. Anyway, so yea...any suggestions? I have tried giving her gas drops and tylenol to rule out any other issues but that doesn't seem to make any difference.
I have the cure to helping your baby crawl instead of scoot. Put them on tile with no pants on and socks on their feet. Instead of scooting, (because they will not be able to scoot with socks on because they slip), they will use their knees instead and crawl like normal babies.

So, my little girl pulled herself up in her crib and was banging on the wall when she was supposed to be sleeping and scared me half to death (cause I had no idea she was awake and didn't know she was banging on the wall). I got a video of it but my comp is retarded and it takes literally forever to load and sometimes it doesn't even load so I will put a picture up when I catch her doing it again.
